I have the tornado tank, but I was thinking of giving the eGo-cig a try. Any advice as to which is better? Should I try the eGo or stick with the TT?  Smiley

Hiya Elisa, all I can offer is my opinion, but the eGo-C is the next generation to the Tornado Tank.... It uses the same tank cartridges but, I find, gives more flavour than the original Tank atties. The replaceable atty heads means that it is a lot cheaper to run in the long term and comparing the batteries to the original ones, the 5-click on/off is very handy and the changing colour display for when the charge is getting low is a boon. They are all little things in themselves, but all together they add up to a much more robust and easier to maintain system with lower running costs. Is it perfect? no, as some people seem to have problems with the -C, but I can honestly say that I have not any of the major problems that some report, and have had fewer minor problems with the -C than with any other device, even my beloved Screwdrivers. If you are a fan of the Tornado Tank then I really would urge you to upgrade to the -C system.
Happy vaping.

+1 to what StevieD said.   I have both and IMO I get more flavor from the c and I like the safety of the 5-button-click on the c batteries.

thanks, I think I have made up my mind then.  I'll get the eGo-c.  But was also toying with the idea of getting the SD. Undecided

Elisa, now you're throwing the SD into the equation.   Maybe you should ask peeps which they recommend between the two . . .  the C or the SD!    Undecided   Since I don't have the SD, I can't really comment.

A -C atty on an SD works really well (With the tank adapter from the conversion kit) and they look pretty darn good together as well. Although the black looks better as the brushed steel finish is completely different to the shiny silver SD.

The SD was really just an afterthought cause it was on sale.  I'm kind of skeptical about trying the SD.  Im kind of a "if any broke dont fix it " kind of person, especially since i bought the titan 510 and was disappointed, now matter what do I keep getting a burned taste from it.   The TT works well for me, so I think I will go with the brushed steel  eGo.  I like the idea of being able to change those replaceable atty inserts to keep the flavors separate.  Smiley thanks for all the opinions

Ok,here's my first thoughts on the ego c then, its only been going an hour so won't be very indepth...to look at it doesn't look very powerful...its tiny, but i have been using my torpedo for a couple of weeks now,i have never been a great fan of the tank system due to leaks galore on my Titan when i first started vaping but so far everything seems ok.
Once i had finally managed to maneuver the atty out of the blister pack i found it very simple to put together although the caps on the tanks are near impossible to get off! Thank heavens for my mate syringe sitting in the cupboard!
I have never really been a fan of tobacco flavour juice so they have for the moment been put a side for dire emergencies only.
I have filled one of the blank tanks with toffee apple from another vendor and thought, right lets see what you've got.
Clicked the button 5 times...nothing..,umm...ok...clicked another 5 times...nothing...what's going on??
Thought maybe i should do the unheard of...read instructions...hey,i am a man!
5 times in 1.5 seconds...gottcha...clicked 5 times rapidly...there it was...blue light flashing three times...happy days...did two or three cold draws to get the juice on to the atty...well remembered Dan...here we go then.
Took my first draw,hmmm...ok,lets give it a couple of toots to get the juice going and the atty heated up...all i have to say is WOW...great vapour, perfectly clean, crisp taste, warm vapour...I think this will become my weapon of choice now, pocket friendly unlike my torpedo, button in the middle, unlike my sd,brilliant!
The only problem i will have is the tanks are too small but that's ok,will get the B type next when all my attys are used for the A type.
Thanks for reading, and i hope this gives you a little insight into the ego c...if your thinking about it...really...get one.

Lol Dan, glad you're enjoying it......taken individually the little differences between the -C and earlier tank systems aren't much, but all wrapped up in one package they really make a big difference.
Happy vaping.
