After a drop in performance in my Tornado attys and looking at the cost of buying new ones I thought I'd treat myself and go for an upgrade to the ego-c. It's just a pity I can't get a part ex for ny tornado!

Looking back I wish I'd just bitten the bullet and gone for the ego-c from day 1 but hey ho ay least I'll have some spare batteries to use on my DCT

Just thought I'd post this for anyone getting ready for their first unit and trying to choose between the two
In the meantime guess I'll be singing the postman song until there's a parcel in his bag for me!!

You could have just bought the ego-c atomiser body & atomisers, and use your existing batteries Wink

That what I did Smiley

i recently upgraded to an ego c myself... the atomizers have a nicer draw and i especially wanted the battery shut off. I work in the electrical industry and throughout the day the Tornado T batteries would keep activating either in my pocket or on my tool belt. The C is much more convenient and enjoyable.

Ego-C.
It will be worth the investment long term.
5 months in and still on original pack of atomisers. Just exchanged last of the 5 atomisers with a dud one.  Previously I were a 30-a-day analogue smoker.
Regular maintainance - cleaning - dunked in glass of coke overnight, rinsed and dried seems to do the trick.
Very happy, however looking forward to delivery of the new shiney odyssey, especially as can use ego_c atomisers too.

The verdict.......

I'm chuffed with it!
Initially I thought it was simply a new version of my tank but after using it for a few hours it does seem to produce more vapour. In addition the flavours are more noticeable too, so much so that I ended up throwing away some of my recent mixes as the taste was too overpowering

I think the ability to renew attys is great and will hopefully pay off in the long run. For anyone trying to decide between an ego-c and a tank system I'd say go for the ego-c it's simply better

Yay! Success then!

If I wasn't so glued to my SDs I'd probably definately buy an ego-c. I just can't justify it based on my current set up working very nicely, and simply, for me. Plus that brute of a Torpedo I bought last week which I'm very happy with on the higher ohm carto DCTs at home. I'll probably have to try out the ego-c atomiser just to see what all the fuss is about of course, no other reason, honest  Wink

Have heard very little negative said about the ego-c really. Glad you're stoked with it Sonni Smiley

Ah welcome to the egoC club Tongue.  As I have said before in this forum.  I got one and never looked back.  It is my day to day vape and has never let me down.

I would advise getting some TWIST battery.  Once you go VV you won't go back Tongue.
