A little bit of both. I forget what the actual amounts are though. Something like 70/30 I think.  Someone will correct me soon.

i think that's about right.  80/20 is too little VG for some of the premixes i have bought but i get a decent amount of vapor from most of the Titan product i have vaped  so 70/30 is a safe bet.
