I've taken my 901 through security and flights from the following airports:

Manchester
Birmingham
Schiphol
Barcelona
Pisa
Montreal
Philadelphia
Phoenix
Long Beach

I keep the cigs, batteries, chargers, passthrough etc in my carry-on bag with my laptop and other electrical stuff, and put the liquid in the plastic liquids bag for security.

I have vaped discretely (I hold the vapour in and breathe out through my nose to minimise the vapour cloud) in lounges and on planes.

No-one has even commented so far...

It probably wouldn't be a issue, but I'd still suggest you use e-liquid bottles with their original labels still on them. If you came up against a stickler security agent, they might call you out on it. This from the TSA website:

Q: May I pour shampoo and other liquids or gels into unmarked, travel-size containers, or do these substances need to remain in their original bottles?

A: The TSA does not require that liquids and gels be kept in their original labeled containers, though doing so may help expedite the screening process.

Good point - I've always used either the original bottle or one of TW's little black bottles(from the tin) which say e-smoking liquyid.
