i use a 10 percent pg flavour mix with, 35 percent vg nic juice, 15 percent normal vg and then 40 percent normal pg, thats about the perfect consistency for the tw products i have ( ego c and tornado tank )

Not sure what issues your having, but I use the following mix and it seems fine(famous last words)
23% Nic PG based gives me 12mg 37% PG 28% vG 12% Flavour: depending on the flavour I sometimes use more or less flavouring
Am sure somebody else will have ideas, but hope this helps.

If your not using AG but using high amounts of VG just add 3-5% de-I water to the final mix and that will help. You could also calculate the water in to the VG, by doing so making it AG. I use 10% / 90% but the dr. recently recommended 25% de-I water 75% VG to make AG the perfect consistency for vaping. I'd start at 10-15% and work your way up. The region and temperature affects the viscosity so everyone's perfect mix differs.

have u got a guide so i can try mixing? so if i had say 20 mls of vg how much dionized water would i have too put in according to doc Add 6.5mls of deionised water to 20mls of VG to give a ratio of 75% / 25% ( to be precise it's 6.67mls to add).

I suggest starting at 15% like the doc said and keep adding up to 25% if needed.

Anyone can post a link but how many take the time & trouble to use their expertise to help out the rest of us so Knoton deserves all the praise.

I would like to call Knoton Prince. Please do no take offense to this in any way, I love you (no homo). Your like a newbie that thinks he can't speak but in actuality your a very kind soul that has more intelligence than most us veterans and loyalty to match. Even if I was king Only had a few drinks at the bar tonight. My buddy plays base in a local band.

I did not do much... Jeff (Astrecks) showed me the algorithm for calculating the ratios and I just wrapped it in a program. So I would say kudos to Jeff
