Flavour concentrates for mixing could be funny in that way more sometimes is less.
I cant explain the chemistry but I know from my own experience that more could actually numb the taste
or at least alter it to something completly different.

some flavours need some steeping, time to mature before coming to there full potential.
some need less time and some more.
Percentage of PG/AG could also affect the result.

Lol i got some the other day (put it in a review i done labelled 'Whats in the bag') i used it at 10% and found it VERY over powering, i now dont use it as i think its vile but thats just me. The flavour is strong and its made my bed room smell of Red Bull-ion lol start small and work your way up. As an example, at the moment i mix all my flavours @ 10% and i also have tutti-frutti which i mix with American Red tobacco at a ration of 9% American Red and 1% Tutti, and this is just right for me, but flavour is VERY subjective, i think flavours get to a point where they either a) dont get any stronger or b) just quench and supress the flavour if you add too much as Knoton previously said

Id start from 10% and work up if you need to

Best thing to do is look @ the flavours page on TW Shop, they give the 'reccomended %' on there Smiley

Again, flavour is VERY subjective, also (im new to mixing to btw) another tip is to mix small, i do my mixes @ 2ml a time so i dont waste too much if the mix is wrong or just tastes real bad lol it gets an expensive hobby i assure you lol. I got some Seven Stars tobacco today, mixed it up @ 10% as suggested, and i mixed it 2ml @ 24mg strength, hated it, only wasted a little mixing supplies so no great loss Smiley

When I started mixing I did not get much right.
I think I vasted near a bottle of Platinium before it got close to vapeable.
Part of learning I guess  Cheesy

I strongly suggest to not make any bigger batches when 5ml to start with.
And dont get to dissappointed when you fail, because mistakes are the best source there is to learn from.
Start low on the percentage of the flavour, it is much easier to add then decrease flavour.
10% could be just right, if not just try to add 1 or 2 drops more...
Stronger flavours like mint, absinthe and some of the energy drinks are like 7.5% in the premixes.
It is also good to get a atty good for direct dripping to try out your mixes.
I use a C atty. They are not ideal for direct dripping but they are excellent for trying out flavours since
old flavours dont stay long.

Best thing to do is test the flavours by just using pg/vg,  when you find the flavour percentage you like then add the platinum ice,  at least then your not wasting any nic juice.

I do micro mixes straight into a tank to start with, take today for example made up 1 ml of rootbeer; what's nice is that by the time I'd got to half a tank I realised that on its own it wasn't something I would vape very often, so I added a drop of cherry and topped of with AG; totally different taste, minimum waste and now I have an idea for tomorrows micro mix Wink
