Best blend for maximum vapor production ?

Thinking ONLY about the liquids for the moment, whats the best combination (percentage wise) of AqVG, PG and PEG400 that is needed to get good clouds?

i found the more a.g/v.g you use the more vapour you get so i swap between an 80/20 (80% p.g 20% vg) which i think is normal in the premix liquids to a 60/40(60%p.g 40% vg) to make more vapour.

A lot of people seem to mix up at 70/30 PG/aVG, premixed liquids are generally 80/20 PG/VG.
PEG-400 is meant to be an ideal diluent on it's own giving a good throat hit and vapour, it can of course be mixed with aVG and or PG, but requires a good performing (new) atomiser for it to work at its best.
An all VG mix will give good vapour, but it may not wick well in tank systems because of its thick viscosity, and it is best to use aVG (aqueous glycerine)

I find that if I use a 50% VG / 50% PG mix produces a good cloud of vapor.  You just need to make 100% sure that the VG has been pre watered down with H2O to a (85% / 15%) mix before carrying on.  It wicks fine and I don't have a problem with getting enough through.  It vapes fantastically and gives a nice sweet taste.  It is quite low on the throat hit so I would stay away if you like a good throat hit.

It does burn through the liquid at a higher rate with this mix but I can fill a room to the same extent as a smoke machine .  Well worth a try to see what you think of it.

I use 50/50 and I can block the sun with my clouds of vapor. I only watere down VG 5% because the 50% PG makes it just the right viscosity in the end. Like you say the hit is very small with this mix. I get my hit from my flavorings. I use the eGo-C and no problems at all, no burnt taste and no leaking.
