I thought I'd post the design for comment - it'll probably take a week for the bits to arrive up here in the Alps.
It seems easiest to use lead free brass - I could tin it inside but I'm not sure if that is necessary.

The calculated capacity is 1.2ml which is about 20 cigs equivalent considering the room taken by the wadding.
A more complex design increasing the outside diameter to 11mm would give 2ml capacity.
Any comments/ ideas for improvement?

Brass should work fine, without tinning.  My only thought right now is maybe to have the hole in the juice baffle larger.  When I only had a super (rn4081) I used a dummy cart for dripping, and I drilled out the hole in the mouthpiece.  It worked a lot better.  Maybe go with a 4mm opening and add a 2mm tube to the inside, to act as a baffle. I'll try drawing the mouthpiece with some old school asci art Smiley

It's not the best drawing, but you should be able to see what I'm describing.

Oops, now that I'm looking at your picture again, I see that you've already got the baffle thing.

I am a Machinist, when I get my 510 from TW next week Im am going to use the carts I ordered as a jump off point and see if we make one of these on the lathe.  Though could I get either a Isometric drawing or an orthgraphic projection of the cart in that flat pattern layout you have above?  Would make things easier.  If it works I'll not only post pics,  I'll send you one in the mail.

I think Im going to use surgical grade stainless steel for the ones I cut.

Hi Sheriff, Great! Welcome aboard. Machinists are worth their weight in gold in the ecig modding world.
The delicate part in the design is that 9mm on the right - it will probably need a little adjustment as will the exact position of the ends of the 2mm tube due to the positioning and shape of the atomizer bridge.
Stainless steel would be best, I agree but I only have very basic equipment here so I'm limited to using available ready made tubing.I don't have software installed for sophisticated mechanical drawings but have done an end view - hope that makes it clear.

Just so you know, me and some of the guys are messing with your design, not done quite yet (We have other jobs we have to do before we can play) but we are getting closer, biggest issue, due to the carts design its hard to replicate on such a small scale (Strangely complex for a throw away part LOL) more to come when I get further along.
