Tornado Cone Peeling Solution

I have a recently purchased Tornado and the cone covering the atty and cart started peeling about a week ago. The finish under the peeling is chrome, or stainless. Whatever - it's gorgeous. I just used "Goof Off" a product sold here in the US to remove all the peeling coating. Now my cig runs faster, jumps higher, and can stop a locomotive with his bare hands. I was going to return the cone but I like it too much now. I'll see if the batteries (also "platinum") also peel off and get back to you all. I'm into chrome.

The end-cap with the anodized Mr.Wicked logo on is actually aluminium I think (as seemingly is the cone.) I only found that out when I nickel-plated a battery, and it wouldn't stick to the end-cap (or cone.)
I'll zinc wash the next one - and then it will all be shiny!

I also had a battery and atty that I took off the colour to reveal the s/s body but 24 carat gold plated mine lol
