Hi everyone im not a new member as such but fell of the vaping wagon.

i do still miss the throat hit  so im looking for some advice .

I used a tornado previously although i never had any really experience of mixing my own juice etc, so starting from fresh i need an idea of what to buy as i want to vape with no nicotine.

Any info would be great just need some advice of what to buy from scratch,thanks in advance.

I also fell off the vaping wagon about a year ago but recently got back on. I have the tornado-t and the ego-c.  I noticed that the ego-c does give more throat hit than my tornado with the same fluids. I'm not much into the throat hit but I would definitely recommend the new ego-c. If you still have you tornado batteries, it is compatible with them. As far as flavours that add throat hit...I'm sure there is someone here that could guide you in the right direction. Also welcome to the forum!!

Thanks for the info ,im a bit confused as to the different fluids so can i just buy a flavour and then either pg vg or peg to make nic free juice ,or is it not that simple .

Thanks for the info one last question i promise i think i will buy a tornado again as i liked my last one, i need to buy concentrate so got that so whats the best fluid to use i like th and vape so what would be the best to use .

Ask as many questions as you like,  we love answering them 


An all PG mix would give you throat hit but little vapour.

VG/AG gives the vapour but no throat hit.


So i guess if you buy a bottle of AG and PG  you can experiment and see what
ratios of both would suit you. 

I would recommend you buy the ego c,  you can use your tornado batteries with it and the tank system is great.   you can also get the ego c LR atomisers which would increase the chance of the throat hit that you want.

So if ibuy  both can i mix them say 50 ,50 then add a menthol concentrate for th,its all very confusing lol

nah its easy     yes you can mix it 50 50 if you want,  do the pg/ag  first,   then add a drop at a time of the menthol until you reach the flavour you like.  if the throat hit is not good enough,  use more of PG in the mix.

Ok im ordering now although i can find the pg proplyene glycol i cant seem to find the vg or ag as im not sure what im looking for sorry to be a pain

I just checked the site and they seem to be out of AG     AG  is just VG watered down to be the right consistancy for vaping,  TW dont sell VG,  you can buy VG in Boots chemist or supermarkets in the cake decorating aisles,  has to be for internal use only,    You would have to dilute the VG down to be the right consistancy for vaping,  you can either use de-ionised water or vodka,   vodka increases throat hit 

Or another option would be to buy the peg400 which gives throat hit and vapour,  but this adds a creamy taste to juice,  its not as popular as PG or AG/VG,  some dont like the taste.

Should be 85% VG and 15% vodka/de-ionised water.   Hope that helps.

Hi Jonathan, welcome back 
I see Caz has got you sorted out, no-nic juice will be so easy for you to make and if you have the eGo-C or Tornado Tank system, you can make micro-mixes directly into a single tank for a taste test... when you find your ideal taste, make up a bottleful and you're up and running with it...

Hi jonathan, and welcome back.    If you still need more throat hit, you can always pick up some Diablo Loco or Diablo Poco, but be careful with that stuff.  A little goes a long way... or so I'm told (I don't like throat hit, so I've never bother with either of them).  Good luck, and please let us know how you're getting along with it all this go around.


Oh, and never too many questions.  We just love questions.   And there's almost always someone hanging about to help... day or night....    ummmm, maybe I need to get a life.

Thanks 8ball funny you should mention diablo , i have just ordered a small bottle of the stuff and was thinking of using a full vg mix dilluted with vodka with a drop of diablo ,this should give lots of vapour and the vodka and diablo will provide the th ,does that sound like it would work? .

Yes that would work, I use 1 drop of diablo per 5ml bottle and it gives a nice th.
