Firstly hello to you all...ive been following this forum for sometime now  and with your guidance  and enthusiastic contributions i am suitably equipped  with a variety of paraphernalia that has expertly dealt with cravings and associated moodiness that surrounds nicotine withdrawl.

So how have a i found this initial period of enthusiasm? quite spooky tbh...ive been stuck using NRT  for quite a few years now and always social smoke when drinking, never during the week. Nothing has ever solved this association....until now....amazingly enough, ive not even thought of buying any analogues.

Titan Tank safe in the car for emergency ...with a ego-c 1000mah and 3.5ml dct for home use ....still on 18mg liquid, however, will try and reduce this over the next few months.

Its been quite a revelation for me and as a endurance runner cutting out the weekend analogues has made a real difference to lung function. Although nictonine causes vaso-constriction, this is a positive step to nic free vape...eventually .....

so nice its nice to communicate my experience  to those who have helped me get here....

Nice one,
I stopped running for years.
Still did gym and horses, but we're becoming an effort.
This place, the products, the people

Am back pounding the Tarmac at 50yo and loving it.
Thanks to TW and of course forum members.

Couldn't agree more..i use quite a few forums for different things and this is one of the friendliest ive encountered.    Smiley

Well done on that Troy, it will only get better  &  quite addictive, but in a good way... ive moved more to off-road, i find it better  on my knees since ive got into  my 40's

Thanks for those comments........
Am determined to do next Great North Run
The very idea would have been outrageous with analogues!!!!!
The whole vaping experience was initially intended as a tobacco flavour nicotine substitute,

Now it's an extra hobby -
Late evening ALCHEMY, (mixing), kit cleaning, hovering TW for new products and visiting here...
More time not taking 5 for a coffee n analogue - which ended up as 15/20 minute breaks....
Energy levels up, therefore more exercise - hence stamina & strength,,,,,

Apparently the Chinese proved e-nic use gave a MASSIVE boost in libido....HuhHuh
( Wouldn't know about that one - been single parent of 2 girls for past 14 years - girls won't allow women near me for years - even if any of said ladies noticed me even in the slightest - That's my excuse anyway - lol )
