Hello everyone.. Just ordered the Tornado compact starter kit to test it out etc..

Coming off a 1-1/2-2 pack a day analog habit. I've tried Cig20 (back in 2010).. then recently the Blu starter pack. I've come to realize that those little batteries are cute but not practical for a heavy use guy like me.. I'm hoping the Tornado will work better for me... can't wait to get it. If it does I'll get some more accessories.

One question.. order appears to have gone through.. and is showing in my profile but never got a confirmation email or anything. Been over an hour now..

Hello fellow Floridian -- where do you live?

Strange on not getting a confirmation.   I just ordered and immediately got a confirmation.   However, since it's your first order, maybe it takes a little time ~~ don't know.   Customer service is awesome.   If you don't get anything in an hour or so -- give them a call to be sure they got the order. 

The Tornado is great.   I have 4 of them and 2 of the eGo-c's in my collection.    As you can see, I've only been vapin about 3.5 months.   I'll never go back!

Any questions -- please feel free to ask as there are many experienced Peeps on here!

 I normally get emails as follows

1    Receipt for Your Payment to Pillbox 38    (pay pal)
2    Totally Wicked: Order details and receipt
3    The status of your order  has been changed.  (Postage details / tracking No)
       I use special delivery so I get things the next day

I made an order yesterday and no email either, but all I get is the order status changed from paid to shipped email anyway.
I checked the website and it's still listed as paid.   
I wish they gave us an option for overnight in the U.S.  or even choice between us mail or ups service, on U.S.A website it just has U.S.A. or rest of the world as options for shipping.


OOOHHH   Almost forgot welcome to forums and I got the tornado first just like you and I love it.

Thanks everyone.. still no email or acknowledgment of shipping etc.. I called yesterday and the guy I talked to said they got my order so hopefully I'll get it soon!

yep, I sure did and am really enjoying the Tornado, mega carts and regular cone atty's... great product.

Glad you're loving your Tornado... it's a great piece of kit and a real workhorse 
I'm sure that now you're on the database your next order will give you the usual confirmation emails, but you'll find that Customer Services at TW are second to none.... any worries they'll be there for you...
