Sweet Bird of Passage

« on: June 27, 2012, 05:20:46 PM »

I just quit smoking 8 days ago and it's been really difficult thus far, but I took the plunge earlier this week and bought a eGo-C starter kit and e-liquid to get me going.  I hope to learn a lot about transitioning into vaping from smoking.  Although I'm a fan of nicotine, I'm a bigger fan at living. Cheers - R

tworofstgh,

Welcome to the forums and I hope we can provide you an endless amount of aid in the Vaping world and all you need to do is just ask your questions.

Just a small caveat though we don't refer to using e-cigs or vaping as quitting smoking.  It is just another method of recreational nicotine use.  If you have any questions or concerns just ask and our forum peeps and moderators will do their very best to help inform you.

Best Regards,
Casey

Understood, I'm not quitting anything, just replacing!  Sorry for the language mishap.

Awesome and thanks for taking it nice and cool ..

There is a whole sticky post with some of the house rules at: http://www.totallywicked-eliquid.com/forum/general-e-smoking-discussions/general-forum-guidelines/.

It's probably required reading and most of it is common courtesy stuff.. I just want you to be informed so you don't get moderated like I did..  Wink

Hey towrofstgh nice to see you on the forum and welcome. The best advice i could give is stick on the forum and any questions issues or concerns just ask there is always someone about and that way rather than wondering or getting frustrated someone will be able to help.

Best decision i made was asking simple questions when i started and im a happy vaper  Grin
