Newbie from Australia

Hi Everyone...

Just waiting on my first shipment to arrive so I can start Vaping....There is actually 3 of us here in this house that will be starting together...We are all getting the Tornado Tank Full Kits and also order a 10 pack of Red label flavours to try...Looking forward to finding a healthier way to enjoy smoking, maybe now the kids can stop gripping about the smell of smoke....lol

Will probably have a lot of questions a long th way so look forward to chatting to others who have been doing awhile and can give advice or ideas on flavours etc.

OH just noticed this is the UK/USA forum, is there an Australian site or is it all good to stay here....now I really sound like a forum newbie as well as a vaping newbie...hehe

hi LuciK and thanks for stopping by the forum.  welcome!  that is awesome that 3 of you decided to start the vaping path together.  i have not actually heard of that before so that is pretty cool.  and as far as any questions you will have, someone will be right here to answer them for you.  we all had questions in the beginning and we still have them now.  this is the best place for vaping discussions.

Hi Luci, and welcome to the forum (to you and the rest of your Oz household, lol).  It's a bit hard to advise on flavors.  What I love you may not be too fond of, and vice versa.  You'll find flavor reviews on the site from both the TW Review Panel and TW customers, and they may help you to make up your mind, but in the end you just have to try some flavors for yourself and see if they suit.  Just a word of advice concerning flavors.... you'll find that your sense of taste is going to go through some changes as you gain distance from analogs, and what you like today you may not like a month or two from now.... and that flavor you couldn't stand when you first tried you may find tasting pretty good all of a sudden.  I recommend that if you try a flavor and you find you don't care for it, just hang onto it for a while and try it again down the road.  If you still don't like it then, you can always trade it.  Once you get to the 30 post mark you'll see the trade board and you'll also get access to the PM system and the chat room (and at that time, if you'd like go join us in chat, just PM one of our great mods (caz or Darth) and ask them to set up a chat account for you)).

And please let us know if you have any questions or problems when you get your kit.  We're a friendly lot around here (if a bit...... "odd") and the only thing we enjoy more than cutting up and derailing threads is helping someone out before we cut up and derail the thread (or something like that).

I think it's great that we all decided to try it together, my excitement about it has rubbed off on the guys....they think it is funny that I am here on the forums and yelling out all the different flavours I find out about....Although I think we are smoking more at the moment as we read so much about vaping, weird really...lol

I actually found out about Totally Wicked from a friend on FB who is now a distributor in Australia...I knew nothing about vaping before the weekend and now we are all so eager, it's great. We have a fourth person in the house who has given up smoking under protest already but she is missing it so much so may try vaping as well....

I will be often in here to check things out and ask questions especially once the kits arrive...

We are a weird bunch of people here so will probably fit right in....I actually hadn't thought about how our taste might change as we clean out our systems, so that's a good point....plus with 3 of us doing there is bound to be flavours I like and the others don't and vica versa....

OK I didn't know how the pm and chat system worked so thanks for that....once I can chat straight out I may never get out of here....lol....maybe I can use the money I save on smoking to hire someone to do all my work so I can just sit and chat...lol

Flavours are very individual as with food but for what its worth my favourites include Doppio Espresso (coffee), Absinth, Roast Chestnut & Tiramisu.
The only way to see what you like is experiment but that is half the fun.

LOL, well Luci, if that happens I can tell you that you won't be the first to get swallowed up by this forum.  You can ask caz about that.  She's just stopped by one day to ask a quick question..... now she's a mod and never leaves here ( J/K caz! )

Welcome to the forum LuciK (and all others). You will definitely find that this group, though some what nutty at times, is full of information.  If they can't answer it then it probably can't get answered. We all got sucked in so do not feel bad about that!!

As far as my flavours of choice I like coffee mixed with caramel, vanilla, and orange tic-tac the best.  I'm not much of a fruity person so I tend to go for the smoother flavours.
