Hello all, a proper friendly community you have going here. Grin  I have been spending a lot of time reading up on all the possible variations for vaping pleasure and the experienced members tips/tricks.

Not one to pass up an offer, I recently bought the Screwdriver kit and it arrived this morning. Yay!  Looking forward to testing everything out.

One thing that puzzles me is the lack of tip Wadding in the kit, I thought it was a starter kit and would have wadding included. Am I being rather thick and is it hidden somewhere or do I have to pop out to the pet store at lunchtime?

Ta.

Hi Danlisa, welcome to the forum Wink

The kit should come with 5 empty cartridges in a box marked "Cartridges" ,  I cannot remember if the cartridges connected to the atomisers have wadding in them or not, they don't normally.

Thank you so much. I guess I was being a little daft, I only checked the cart which was already connected. It makes sense now. I was a little too eager.  Wink

Thanks for the welcome & help.

Great!

You can still use the atomiser with an empty cartridge, you can "Direct Drip" eliquid straight into the "bridge" of the atomiser, just one or two drops, replace the empty cartridge and vape, it will last  a half dozen draws before needing to be repeated. It can be a bit of a fiddle this way, but it is arguably the purest form of vaping Wink

Hi Danlisa.
Welcome to the forum.
The SD is a great piece of kit.
The cartridges that come with the atomisers don’t have the wadding in them ( if I remember correctly )
I usually DD / Direct Drip using a drip tip with my SD, its worth giving it a try, 2 or 3 drops at a time until you get the hang of it or you can flood the atty.
