Sorry to be a pain but can I defer mine being shipped until Thursday 28th June as some one is at home on 29/30th. It's so hard to get to the post office in their opening times, living in a very rural area.

Hello I'm kind of new to vaping and I ordered the Odyssey a week and a half ago, looking for a good all around vaperizer I already have the Ego- c and it woks well exept for juice capacity. And looking at the odyssey that problem is taken out of the picture. But can I just use regular duel coil cartomisers or are there pacific types?

The Odyssey can take all 510 attys (DCT's have this fitting so will work with the odyssey) and tornado ones as well so YES you can.  But you also do get the new improved DCT in with the kit as well.

Latest from TW says that the early pre-orders (UK) will be shipped tomorrow and hopefully with people before the weekend... does say that not all pre-orders can be guaranteed before the weekend though... only the early ones.

They will be going down the pre-order list and dispatching in that order.  If you were one of the early ones than it should be dispatched today (Fingers Crossed - touch wood n all that jazz).  If not then tomorrow and so on and so forth.

I can guarentee that I will not be taking my eyes of the email tab on my computer to see if it has been dispatched .

A note to all Odyssey owners.  We have become aware today of a significant number of battery chargers that have failed.  The apparent failure mechanism and the numbers we have had reported in the short time the products have been with customers, suggest that we have a batch quality control issue with our procured chargers.  Our remedial actions are as follows:

• All customers who have already had their Odyssey shipped will be sent today a new Trust Fire multi-functional charger as we use for our Torpedo product.  These chargers are of a proven quality and will provide customers with their expected functional and safe chargering adaptor for their Odyssey batteries.  We will also provide free 2 spare batteries to ensure that you are able to use batteries that you are confident with that have not been adversely affected by the chargers you were initially provided.
• We request that all customers who have received kits with this defective charger do not use the charger and discard of it appropriately.
• All affected customers will be contacted individually by one of our customer service team.
• All customers that have yet to have their product dispatched will have their kits dispatched today or tomorrow, with the defective charger replaced with a Trust Fire charger.
• We have initiated the necessary actions to procure sufficient Trust Fire chargers such that we will be able to recommence shipping within 7 days.
• All customers who wish to place an order for the Odyssey, can continue to place ‘pre-orders’, which will be shipped once the new chargers have been received, provisionally expected by Monday 8th July.
• All USA customers who have pre-ordered, will have their product shipped as planned next week with the new charger provided within the Odyssey kits.
We apologise for the issues this matter has cause to those who have so patiently waited and shown the trust in us to have purchased one of our first Odysseys.  I hope these actions we have taken maintain your confidence that we will act as necessary to provide you with products that meet your high levels of expectation you rightly place on our company.

it will be a bit longer but shouldnt feel bigger in the hand since its slimmer which will give it a different more balanced feel

I got my Odyssey yesterday and the new charger today. Had been refilling old cartomisers from a popular brand of e-cigs (that look like a cigarette) with a couple of clapped out batteries that constantly needed re-charging. Haven't experienced any other TW devices as I'm relatively new to this and did an Odyssey pre-order some while back. The contrast between the old e-cig and the Odyssey is out of this world! I now have something that doesn't taste like burning cardboard boxes every few puffs and a battery that just goes on and on. I'm using some juice that I mixed myself, using the TW cohiba flavour, which is much more delicious in the Odyssey than it was in the old e-cig. (Mind you, having been to Cuba and tasted the real thing, I can't say it really tastes like a Cohiba cigar, but that's by the by - the juice still has a good mellow flavour.)

What more can I say? A fab job by a great little company. Would that there were more outfits like this and we might get out of this recession some time maybe.

Good pic Jeff, just what I wanted to see. Looks like the Odyssey will be about the same size as an Ego-C 1000mah passthru with a Ego-C atty on it. Just a little bigger around on the battery end.
