TW Red Label Apple (18mg) October 2010
Equipment – 510 cleaned standard atomiser, 1000mAh manual Tornado battery, direct-drip method using a long metal tip.
Colour of liquid – Tangerine
Smell of liquid – Apple juice / concentrate – I’m also tempted to say ‘sweet cider’
Flavour / Taste – A pleasant taste of apple juice flavour covers the whole mouth with the aftertaste particularly affecting the back and tip of the tongue. It’s not sharp and neither is it too sweet, but it’s just about sweet enough to remind me of the types of apples used for making apple pie, rather than the eating varieties – and that’s the closest I can get to this liquid resembling the taste of the actual fruit. However, it’s quite refreshing and there’s not too much in the way of dryness…… 7/10
Throat Hit – It’s there in a fashion but it certainly doesn’t have that ‘wow’ factor. Top of throat, back of throat or top of chest – no area seems to get that much of a whack, quite mild in fact….. 6.5/10
Vapour Content – Not too bad at all. Reasonably thick clouds of vapour are produced which take just a little time to clear…. 7.5/10
In Summary – A nice enough flavour but it has far more in common with the soft drink or a dessert rather than the actual fresh fruit. That said, if you’re into apple related flavours then you shouldn’t be disappointed with this one. I certainly enjoyed it for what it was – apple juice flavour….. 7/10
Happy vaping everyone…..
