you could weaken the mg using a dilutant, the only problem with weakening a premix is you weaken the flavour also.
you could get some flavour concentrate to cancel out this effect if you found the flavour too weak.

yes, but just about 10% would probably be ok so 1ml vg to 10ml of your pre-mix and if you need more add some but don't go mad straight away, see how it goes everytime you add some by direct dripping it,

Once again dan man is right on the money as you dilute any pre mix you dilute the flavour. I do this often if i cant get something in my strength which is a lowly 5-8mg
I have become very good a diluting pre mix and primarily i use PG though as i like a good throat hit. AG works just as well and you can experiment to see how you like the hit and sweetness AG brings.
I would say though it depends what flavour and range as to how much you can dilute without loosing much flavour at all.
I for one find the titan menthol diluted 60/40 with pg is little off the original flavour. Menthol is a strong taste though so thats probably why you wont notice any difference. Sometimes i do 60% Pre mix 30% PG and 10% AG which give a little sweetness to the menthol.
Its all about playing with what you got to find something you like, I have wasted so many ml of liquid by making up liquid thats horrible but you learn and move on.
Just dont do it with your last few ml of liquid on a friday night lol
