Cleaning a cartomizer.

Some of you will know that I recently tried a new flavour from the Patriot Range and it wasn't to my taste, and it kinda soiled the brand new cartomizer.
I tried boiling the cartomizer to get rid of the juice and the foul taste and smell because I didn't really get any use out of it and I'm a proper tight arse with money lol.
Problem is now it wont produce any vapour at all. I can hear the coils working but its not doing anything.
Did I ruin the carto? Can you even clean out a carto?

Boiled it this morning. Thing it might just be that its still wet? Cos I just figured that if the atomizer can get hot enough to vaporize e-liquid it would dry out any excess water left over in the carto and it would just produce steam.
.... Might just be showing my Ignorance here :/

Any water in the carto, will kill any vapour, and might damage the coil, as you are in Scotland, your water will be pretty soft at a guess, so it may be ok.

Cheers guys. Will give it another try tomorrow. If it doesn't work its alright. When TW has a new stock of DCT cartos in i will be buying them anyway.
