I was looking at the forum last night and saw post about boiling tornado attics, I carried out the instructions on the post and left them to dry overnight.  I have since primed one and refilled it and I am getting the crackling sound but not much vapour.  Does it take a few vapes before it gets back to normal or is the thing knackered x

It does take a while before the vapour kicks back in.
When I used to clean mine it could take a ml or two before
it was back up and running like it should do.

Do a couple of draws without pressing the battery button and
try and draw the juice down into the coil Smiley

Thanks Julie, I am so thick just found out last night you had to clean them after a year of vamping, never thought before, was throwing them out when they wouldn't work.  No wonder they wouldn't work properly.  Stable, horse, bolted Embarrassed Embarrassed

I am so happy, for a few weeks I thought my tastebuds had completely gone and was going to give up vamping.  I never ever realised that you had to clean the battery and attics until I was reading the forum last night.  What a difference it has made, can now taste the flavours, even the small amount that I mixed myself.  Thought I was doing something wrong with the mixing as well, I wish I had read the forum properly at the beginning of vamping as I have thrown many attics into the bin because I thought they were finished.  Probably just needed cleaning, will do better in future x

Hiya,

you can prolong the life of atties by cleaning, sometimes they work, sometimes they dont  Roll Eyes

I take it you are using normal titan/tornado atties? not tanks?
I apologise as when i first read your post, I automatically assumed you were using tank atties.

Theres an awful lot of reading to do on this forum, and sometimes it easier to skip a few posts, lol
its normally the important ones that I skip though!

You only have to ask if theres anything you need to know, someone will eventually answer, or
link you to a previous post Smiley

I use both the boiling-water technique and the dry burning technique and have saved quit a few atties.   I use the Tornado and the C.
