I thought I had read on the forum somewhere (and now can't find it), that it's not a bad idea to use a cotton ball dipped in alcohol to clean around the button on the batteries.   Did I dream this?

I'm doing a major cleaning of my PVs and atomizers today and needed to know.   I have both C batteries and tornado batteries.

Thanks for any insight into this.

I just don't want to do something I shouldn't with the battery.

No problem, just dont let it swim in alcohol.
put some on some cotton and clean the connections.
Will be great. let it dry before use.
