I've had rubbish skin since I started vaping full time, but I was always prone to psoriasis and eczema and also I'm getting to "that" age when ladies mellow and night times become unbearably hot and itchy, so I've been putting it down to that; hormonal changes happen to both men and women and at different stages in out lives. Yup I hate to say it even men get osteoporosis from hormonally depleted calcium levels too, its just not talked about as much.
It might be time to see your doc and get a full blood panel done, those meds you mentioned might not be as good for you as they once were and as others have said you might be vitamin deficent, not because your not eating as well, but because your body is changing how you process them, this happened to my dad, his superrenal glands decided to go a bit wonky, not actually life threatening in its own right, but vitamin and mineral deficency can be (which was the side effect) - a change in his meds and diet and he was a different man

Also might be worth checking to see if your water company has started adding anything into the supply (or changed the reservoir the supply comes from); I know they trialled fluorinating here a while back until the community kick off about it and got it stopped.
Let us know how you get on

Ohhh and P.S. I just noticed you say you wash your hair every other day, if you have sensitive and dry skin over washing can cause problems too, and believe it or not zits can be a side effect of over dry skin as the pores work over time to produce more sebum (skin oil) to try and rehydrate the skin. Have a look at getting some pharaceutical Castor Oil and "no water" cleansing once a week, which basically means coating your skin and hair in the oil and letting it sit for a while to soak in, then washing it out with ph neutral soap.
