I need some opinions/advice:

So here's the deal..I had purchased a 6ml Dual Coil Tank a couple weeks ago, filled it properly per TW instructions, and proceeded to enjoy..within a day it was clogged and not drawing a good hit, filling up the drip tip, and the worst thing- shooting little balls of molten liquid into my mouth (does not taste good in case you didnt know)..also, the fluval is really, really saturated (in my opinion) and is WAY darker than the liquid I put in..like blood red/brown..which tells me it's soaking up more liquid than it's atomizing and basically 'burning' the liquid instead of atomizing it..i can blow through the threaded end and the liquid that comes out is almost black..
My wife also ordered the 3.5 DCT and hers seems to be doing just fine..i used Ruyan4 36mg titan fluid and she used Double Mint 11mg titan fluid..we did let hers soak for 20-30+ mins, instead of the recommended 5 mins..i have since emptied the entire tank and blew out the remaining 'burnt' liguid out of the atty and have attemted to start over, to no avail.....
-HELP fellow vapers!!

This also happened to me TWICE with two different carto's from
the same box. I tossed them in the bin and used another new one.
In my view there seems to be a problem with the manufacturing of
the carto's with little or no quality control.

Hi BlackShark
Welcome to the forum
You say “filling up the drip tip” are you actually dripping liquid down the drip tip?
You should remove the tip & drip into the wadding avoiding the hole in the centre.

Hey BlackShark77,
Welcome to the forum.

It sounds possible that what happened is one of the coils burnt through the tube in the center of the carto. This may happen if the coil is not kept wet enough .... in turn the coil will run hotter and possibly burn through the tube and singe the filler inside it.... I could be wrong though as these are a bit new to me.

hi..thanx everyone..
I've since taken the cart out and ran water through it..after it dried i filled it up and let it set for 30+ mins.. it seems to be sort of working..one of the coils might be burned up though
@darth vaper i would totally agree, that makes sense..i couldnt see through the tube anymore and it looked like maybe some filler was sticking out
@cyborg haha, no, I'm removing the drip tip..there was just so much un-atomized liquid, it was pooling up at the drip tip..this is the first time I've been on the forums, but im def not new to the world of vaping:)
i think the addition of a second hole would be good, and now that this one is pretty much screwed, i may just try it..thanx again

did you use the silicone bung in the carto to stop liquid flowing back into the drip tip?

I misunderstood (filling up the drip tip) I now realise the tip was filling itself out of the carto  Wink
