Put it on the charger and it charged. Once it turned green, took it off and got about 20 vapes and dead. No lights, no nothin. Tried it with another charger, it showed red for about 5 minutes and then green . . . then exactly the same thing happened. Unfortunately, this is a little shy of 2 months old and I only have about 1.5ml of vapin on it per day. Thoughts? Any of you "C" users lost a battery yet?

I had a defective one but not had that problem. Is it all nice and clean around the thread area?

The only time I have lost any batteries is due to evil smokys who killed it All my batteries are still working. Since I got the C kit I have been using the batteries in it. Before that it was ordinary tornado batteries. I use them two at a time, while one is loading I am using the other.

Knoton, I have 2 C's going throughout the day and vape about 1 to 1.5ml from each of them. This is a real bummer cause my first Tornado battery (which I got in December) went last week!

Odd that it holds a charge but a very minimal one. Just enough to get a vape or two.... Sounds like its the charging circuit and not the battery itself. Call TW cs and tell them, is it under warranty still?

its not under warranty if its 2 months old but i agree with rtsjr could be a circuit problem. Obviously its cutting off the charge before it has reached full capacity.
My laptop is the same now as its worn out after 4 years it charges then goes green so i unplug it and i only get 5 mins before its dead again.
So it could be faulty cells that are just no longer holding a charge - if you could test the capacity off charge you would be able to see what its reading at compared to its original 650mah
Or you could try bump charging it If it would allow
Basicly plug it in to charge. When it says its full turn it on with the 5 clicks
then back off then back on charge and see if it will let it charge again for 5 mins. and if it does just continue to do so as long as it doesnt get too hot etc.
Could be that its ran so flat on one run its now failing to read what fully charged is.
Alt it could be the charger.
So a few things to try but im sure TW would be interested in showing this case to joyetech in case its a batch that could be effected

OMG, so frustrated! Lost another T battery just now AND the 2nd C battery is doing the same thing as the first C battery! Right now, I am only using a charger that I've maybe only used a couple times before because I don't know if it's 1 of the 2 chargers that I regularly use! I am so afraid I won't have one battery left! I had 4 T batteries and 2 C batteries. I will give your (Kenneth's) suggestion a try on the new charger and will definately call TW in the AM. Hope I have 1 battery that will service me till I get some more!!!! If not, a run to the Stop and Go for those damn analogs! Guess there should be a new moto -- need back ups to the back ups to the back ups!!!! And no, it has been past 28 days for all!

telling you lettie spend the cash and get a passthrough.
iv got 2, never used regular ones as its too much hastle with the chargers and even if it wont hold a charge you can bang in the usb cable and use it until a new one comes but as of yet iv never had any issues with the passthroughs

Kenneth131 -- you are the cat's meow, the dog's danglies and the bee's knees ALL rolled into one! I'd never heard of a "bump charge," but I did what you said and now BOTH of my C batteries are working. Vaped on each of them for about 2 hours now! You are my new hero!!!! Problem is that I am still not sure which of the 2 chargers is defunct. Any way for me to determine this?

You could with some electrical testing equipment but unless you have some the only way I can think of is maybe to get one of your batteries you dont use regularly or can afford to test with then charge it and use it until depleted on both and see what one if any charges differently. Glad your all up and running again. sometimes trial and error when something isnt working is the easiest way before having to return it and wait on a replacement. I just hope they continue to hold a charge now. Obviously if you have any further issue TW would be best to contact as it may just continue happening again and again. For now though happy vaping
