Is there a TW vapor device that looks more like a analogue?

I've seen the Titan but I don't like automatics. And I've seen the disposables. Just wondering if there is TW one that's Manuel and more analogue looking one perhaps even one no longer in production I could get me hands on?

The microlite is a cig looking piece although it's auto also.

White Titan manual has a red tip like a cig. That's what my mom got.
