Hi dragonflymomma, and welcome to the forum.   What to do?   Um, count yourself very very lucky?   No, I'm just kidding of course.  Best thing would be to contact the Customer Service department.  You should find the email address and telephone number for the CS department of the TW office that you ordered from on your packing slip.  I've found the Customer Support office in the US to be both helpful and very pleasant to deal with, and I'm sure they'll be glad to hear from you about this.  And I just like to add that I applaud your honesty.  It's rare these days it seems, and very refreshing.  If you have any questions about your kit or it's use, please feel free to ask.  You'll find a lot of friendly vapers here on the forum, and we all like to help whenever we can.

P.S.  Oh, and I almost forgot to say: there are no stupid questions on this forum except the ones you don't ask.  We were all new to this at one time, and there is a learning curve with this vaping lark, so don't ever be afraid to ask a question.  Even if it's one that's been asked a thousand times before, we don't ever mind addressing it again for someone who needs a bit of help.  You won't get told to use the search function or read the manual here (and most of this stuff doesn't really come with one anyway! ).  And if a n00b should jump in and say something like that (because a forum regular wouldn't ever be so rude *smug look* ) one of the mods will quickly send them to the naughty corner to keep me company.  You should be warned.... we like to have a bit of fun here too! .  A sensahuma isn't required around here, but it does help.

lol thanks nick, i did call cs and the lady i talked to was rude. told me there was no record of sending me 2. so after showing her some southern hospitality(ass  chewin). she did become a little less rude. back to the titan-t i love it so far not getting alot of vape but enough i guess. maybe the menthol isnt strong enough.... i use to smoke pallmall menthol full flavors. any e-liquid close to it?

Hi again DFM.  OK, I'm guessing you're in the US then.  I'm so sorry you had a bad experience with Customer Service.  Please be assured that's not the norm.  I've had problems with orders in the past (well, we're all human and make the odd mistake from time to time) and I've had nothing but great and friendly service.  I'll just say that they're probably busier then a one-armed paper hanger with the long December yo-yo sale that's going on ATM, but that's no excuse.  Please don't think that this is the norm, and give them another chance.

Now, regarding your eliquid question... I'm not a menthol kind of guy, so I'm sorry I can't help there.  I've got a few Titan batteries, but don't use them anymore, and have never used the Titan Tank (I use Tornado Tanks).  That said, they should vape just about the same.  The Titan and Tornado batteries are both regulated to the same voltage AFAIK.  When you say you're not getting a lot of vape, do you mean you're not getting a lot of vapor, or is it that you don't feel you're getting enough nicotine, or are the batteries not lasting long enough between charges?  I assume you're using the menthol eliquid that came with the kit, yes?  If the atty is getting too much eliquid it won't vape well, and will produce less vapor.  If you can give us a bit more details we'll try to help.

Ive got a tornado tank atty and converter on my SD MK2 and its got a horrible burnt taste! Ive watched every youtube vid and read every post i could find about how to cure the problem and it still tastes bad! Ive cleaned it, ive soaked it, ive blown through it, ive changed juice ,ive used different tanks and adjusted the wick is this just a bad atty or did i mess it up i used it for a while and fell head over heels in love with it and the 901s just don't stack up i don't have the money right now to replace it and a friend suggests to just take the needle out and drip in it but i went to it for the convenience of the tank when i ordered the kit i dont know what to do any thoughts?


P.S. im kinda mad at TW ( jk i love this place) because they got me addicted to the tornado tank atty but only sent one in my SD and conversion kit they dont actually think anyone will actually choose the 901 atty over the 510 tank do they??

Actually, I do, I prefer the 901 over the 510 tank and the standard Tornado Tank, although the Mega Tank comes close  to edging it out as trhe flavour from the mega's is better than that from the standard tanks. It all depends what you are looking for from your vape, personally for me it's flavour, the 901's and 801's are great for flavour, the tanks mute  flavours. that's the great thing with vaping, there is something for everyone, whatever your preferences.
