The top light will blink from time to time as its tops off the e-cig batt.
The middle light becomes red when PCC needs to be charged and just leave it on till its charged up I beleve. Its been a long time since I used my PCC.
Here is a link to the TW home page vid section and half way down on the right column there is a good vid explaining all the lights and how the PCC works.  http://www.totallywicked-eliquid.com/videos.html  I love my PCC when I ran the titan and thought it was a life saver  Wink

In cases like that mike, we find a vape buddy or spouse comes in handy Wink

I've been using a PCC for 9 months, the only blinking I ever see is when it's charging a Titan battery, sometimes it slowly blinks on and off (I don't remember if it's the top or middle light).  It happens when an accumulation of liquid builds up on the Titan battery connection inside the case, a bit of rubbing alcohol on a q-tip fixes that.  I'm pretty sure the case blinks fast when it needs to be recharged, but I've never seen it since I plug it into a wall charger when I'm sleeping, so I've never had it get that low on power to make it blink.

When you charge the case, the bottom light will remain solid red until it's done charging, then it'll change to a green light.

Umm...I have a feeling that your case doesn't have long to live Sad
If you open the case up, maybe you'll get lucky and find a loose wire or something else that's a simple fix.
If all else fails, a new PCC is only 21 bucks right now.  I'm thinking about finally getting a new one- after 9 months of use and abuse, my case is getting worn out.

Stizzylita19, My PCC would have top light blink from time to time as it cycled & topped off batts. The middle light would go red when case needed to be charged. The bottom would go green when PCC was fully charged and on the power cord. The important thing would be is your PCC taking a charge and is it charging your batts?  I know it is aggravating if the indicator lights are not communicating well with you, but I just kept mine on the charger every night and cycled batts all day and never paid much attention to the lights. I would use it as long as it works and at that time decide if you want another PCC or.... buy a tornado and do away with little batts  Wink

If it holds a charge and keeps your batteries charged, then it's all good  Cheesy
