Sounds like you've developed a bit of an allergy to some of the ingredients. It must be part of the flavouring if other flavours don't cause the reaction. I would advise getting your doctor to run an allergy screening so you know what you need to avoid as you will only be contacting very small amounts while vaping but if it's a food ingredient, for instance, you could be in for a lot of grief with a plateful of whatever it may be.

I had a slightly similar thing with my Absinth; I had used approximately 30ml of a 50ml mix over a period of time without a problem but then developed a burning sensation on my lips when using it, changed to another flavour for a few days then back to the same Absinth and no problems.
I have no idea what caused this or why it stopped, I did wonder if it was due to something that I had eaten or drank that left something on my lips and it had a reaction with something in the liquid.
