ok, just got around to trying my backup tornado-tank, It really crackles, pops and spits at me when I press the button....
Is this normal? because my first one only crackled a little.
Thanks in advance. KWC

KWC,
It has happened to me before as well on my Tornado Tank .. it will settle down after a bit.. Make sure you have the tank seated fully and the end cap is well punctured. It could be that there isn't quite enough e-liquid wicking on to the coil.

what you are describing is the differences in a mass-produced item. it is the luck of the draw. some perform not so well, others will knock your socks off. a snapping and crackling atty is a good thing!

Love snap crackle and pop on a new atty. Don't like spit so much, it can be a bugger on the eyelid

yeah you really want an atty that pops. It just shows its heating up well and not burning the innards but instead it is just hot enough to heat up the PG/VG. If it gets too hot you get just a light hiss.

+1 Also get the light hiss when it's running a bit dry.
