Just because it tastes vile to you doesnt make it vile. Dont you think it would have been more professional to take this up directly with TW rather than embarrasing yourself by posting such a child like comment? Everyones taste is different and just because it doesnt suit you doesnt make it vile. Flexiblity? I think TW does everything it can to keep customers. What kind of comment is that? Re-package? Just because you spend money doesnt give you a free ride. We all spend money. Bet when your mom gave you the castor oil you mentioned you didnt tell her it tasted vile and to re-package it and take it back for something else. If you did you would have got your knuckles smacked which is what I am doing to you now.
I had already taken it up with TW and just aired my views on a "Public" forum ,I have sent the liquid back and have heard nothing back, so assume that it's supposed to taste like it does,and although it would be nice to hear back from TW ,I'm over it and have taken the advice of other members and going to order some different tobacco flavours, I think your response is rather more childish than my initial post, which I have already apologised for, but thanks for your virtual knuckle smack, I won't be naughty any more and as long as you feel better for thinking that you have upset me with your post then all's good eh?
I feel bad for the way I spoke to Astrecks,as after reading his other posts he is a very helpful and decent vaper,but I don't understand why you have felt the need to respond in such an aggressive way, but having worked in retail management for a number of years, I always had the frame of mind of thinking the customers is always right(even though they rarely are), but I should have read the small print about returns before posting(although I do believe that my bottle was a faulty one), but I was annoyed at the time and posted in haste.,
