hi im looking at getting a torpedo now that its in the yoyo if i can get one cheap enough, i wana know what will i need and what needs replacing

so you start with the torpedo how do you connect the DCT does it just screw in or do you need an adapter?

what needs replacing and what parts are they? i know the atomizers need replacing but dono witch ones they take

do drip tips need replacing? and how long will the tank its self last? dono if any other items need replacing and how often

what about changing flavours in the tanks? is it as easy as the tornado tank system i have or is it a complete non starter?

Dct just screws straight in,no  adaptor needed,i vape the torpedo at home with a dct.
Enjoy  Smiley
changing flavour is simple, just refill the tank and re prime the cart and your ready to go
not quite as simple as the tank system but once you get used to it its great.

Ok ill try answers as best i can. The torpedo has a threaded end to screw on attys. This fitting on the tornado is a 510 which is now pretty much the standard size for attys including the dct

From the off the tornado uses a cone with the atty built into it. So when the atty dies you have to buy a new cone. Each cost £10  and you would expect a month out one although this depends greatly on your use, style of vaping and liquid used .

The dct as i said just screws on although you would probably want to buy the plinth as well as the dct itself. It serves no purpose other than to look better. If you just screwed on the dct you would have a space between the tank and battery the plinth removes this gap and makes the whole thing look nice.

Other than they cartos for the dct are cheap at £2.99 i think and can be changed out when dead which is about 2 weeks as a rough guide but people have ones much longer.

Changing flavour is a case of either running the tank dry draining the tank by means of a dropper or just using a eliquid bottle and sucking it back into that.

Then get a new carto as they are cheap enough and refill the tank and new carto with your new flavour.

Pretty easy and never had much issue with them. Depends on your liquid as thicker liquids don't flow as nice on these but on the whole a great tank carto combination that works.

Tornado Tanks and similar skirted atomisers require the adapter, but the Dual Coil Tank does fit directly to the Torpedo.
