Just found a cool app for iPhone called VapeMape it's calculates savings from smoking against vaping thought it was worth a mention to everyone.

If you can't get it on discount, don't get it!

Just got this app at your recommendation, and it's pretty cool. My policy has been that I didn't want to spend more on vaping than I did on cigarettes. This app shows me that I have spent a little more than $5.00 more on vaping than I did on smokes in the 47 days I've been vaping. I feel that this is way beyond acceptable to me. I can't put a price on being able to taste, being able to smell, being able to walk up a flight of stairs without getting out of breath, and just overall feeling better. Last month was about trying different flavors and to find flavors I like, this month will be about trying different cartos, clearos, dcts, etc...I figure that by next month I will easily be at a breaking even point....again I feel this is way beyond acceptable to me!
Cool app!

Awesome glad it helped you out. I too are a little over what I would have spent on cigarettes but I've been trying different flavours and PV's but know I will see the savings start to roll along by next month.

Well, the first month I spent at least what I would spend on cigarettes monthly.
When I say "I", that really means the Wife & Me together. I went "straight to the top" so to speak and started off with the torpedo's and a bunch of extra/different clearo's, a few carto's and a metric $h!t-ton of my beloved Tiger's Blood (have I mentioned how much I love TB?).
It's in my personality to go overboard with habits and hobbies - especially when first getting started w/ one. But, as Kitty said...what price do you put on breathing better, taste and smell etc.
I KNOW this is one of those things that after the initial outlay e.g. figuring out what works for me/what I like as far as juices/mixing etc. it IS CHEAPER than smoking and after that point, it becomes a matter of being as expensive or economical as you choose to make it.
That's my .02 cents anyways...
ETA: If nothing else, I just keep looking at that TW banner below each of my post: 28 days since I last smoked. I've NEVER not smoked for that long. That's nothing short of a miracle to me...and that's no lie. I fully expected to have my last cigarette on my DEATHBED. Now, it doesn't have to be that way. I cannot even begin to put a price on that!

great lil app, not had a cig for 7 weeks, i honestly thought i had spent more on e cigs and e liquid, accessories etc, but after just 7 weeks i am up by about £11, not alot really but i have plenty of e liquid to keep me going, i'm currently in need of new atty's as my old 1s are starting to show signs of failure.
i used to smoke roll ups which were obviously considerably cheaper than tailor made, but i am still up on the deal, and of course feel healthier for it too, win - win situ

It's feeling healthier you just can't put a price on. I'm still down £30 odd but it's worth it because I can run up the stairs again that's Priceless
