Also clearomisers. Could somebody please explain the difference for me? Plus Which are better for vapour production and value for money?

Hiya 4n7h0n7, basically an atomiser is a heating coil which connects to your battery and uses a seperate cartridge to hold the e-juice, a cartomiser is a combination of CARTridge and atOMISER in one unit, the carto holds the juice and has the heating coil built into it. Carto's were originally designed to be single use, disposable units, but, nosey/inventive/tight fisted vapers found various ways of refilling them. Some will only take a couple of refills, others will seem to go on forever. Just as a 'Tank Cartridge' is just a larger cartridge, so a Tankomiser is just a larger cartomiser.
Just to sew a little confusion, there are also the DCTanks, which are larger juce containers, which have a dual coil cartomiser in the middle of them, the juice from the tank feeds into the carto through a hole in the side, and the carto can be replaced quite easily when it quits.

Thanks StevieD, this has cleared up my confusion a little. Which would you prefer to use with a tornado manual battery. Will any type fit?

Very basically & probably not explained very well.
A  clearomisers / Cartomiser is one part liquid feeding system basically a tube full of liquid with an atomiser built in.
A Tankomiser is a larger capacity Cartomiser.
A  DCT dual coil tank is the largest capacity liquid feeding system, up to a 6ml Tank with a replaceable dual coil cartomiser inside it.

FYI
I called in and talked to Seth about the same question. He ordered me a dual coil DCT. The replacement carto's are fairly cheap and I order in piece parts which initally only costed just over 50. I had my own liquid so it was perfect. The low Resistance dual coil creats as much vapor as anything I have ever seen. And vapor was my biggest requirement. I need a heavy throat hit from years of cigars.
