pg vg mixing issues

hi i am planning to buy a tw red label diy... i am confused bout the glyscrine part.. if i use 1 ml of tw red lable.. do i need to use pg (tw) and water (what percentage shuld b used for 1ml) or can i use pg(tw) and vg(tw) (what percentage shuld b used for 1ml). and how much of flavouring concentrate shuld b used. please help.
