Hello Hubbard and welcome to the forum

It's natural to feel a bit alarmed by the toxicity label which is on all bottles of e-liquid (or should be...if there isn't a warning triangle label then avoid that one at all costs as there's no way of knowing what you'd be vaping..)
TW has lab reports available to show the attention paid to the e-liquids supplied here, indeed TW came into being because of the founder's concern about the questionable quality of e-juices available on the market.
Most substances are toxic if the quantity consumed (or inhaled) is sufficient... take a peek at the most common "poison" we ingest on a daily basis....

In 1989, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) limited the amount of caffeine in OTC products to a maximum of 200 mg/dose. The ingestion of such concentrated sources of caffeine is the general cause of acute caffeine toxicity. See the image below for caffeine equivalents of common products.

Caffeine has differing CNS, cardiovascular, and metabolic effects based on the quantity ingested. Average doses of caffeine (85-250 mg, the equivalent of 1-3 cups of coffee) may result in feelings of alertness, decreased fatigue, and eased flow of thought. High doses (250-500 mg) can result in restlessness, nervousness, insomnia, and tremors. In high doses, caffeine can cause a hyperadrenergic syndrome resulting in seizures and cardiovascular instability. end quote>
Your bottle of e-liquid contains nicotine in a concentration which could cause adverse effects if it was swallowed... hence the added precaution of child-proof caps on the bottles (which I often struggle to open...I believe they send me special adult-proof bottles...) but one assumes you aren't planning to drink it, Hubbard?
The stated nicotine level in a bottle is in mg per ml of fluid... an example might be that you are filling your 1ml standard Tank and taking up to a day to vape that 1ml quantity...giving you a measurable amount of nicotine intake if you apply that principle to your own usage... you can then, if you wish, make a comparison with your intake with a different nicotine delivery system....

However..be aware that nicotine is absorbed rather differently from vapour and your mileage will most certainly vary...

really scare yourself, take a closer look at the 4000+ chemicals you used to inhale on a daily basis

What it all boils down to is that your body will tell you if you vape more nicotine than it requires; you will get a headache or feel dizzy or nauseous...take your screwdriver out of your mouth for five minutes !!!!
Chill out and enjoy your vape, Hubbard
