Just got a sd on friday. Can the section the atomizer fits into be removed? It's looks bent and the atomizer/cartridge look likes it's bent. I just didn't want to mess around with that spring and black washer holding it in until I knew it could be.

Hiya Schwallman, if it's that much out of line I would just return it for replacement under warranty, the SD is a pretty sturdy beast and if it has been knocked out of whack then there may be some internal denting etc.

Yeah I was probably going to. It was like this out of the box. I hope they can do a replacement then a return. My only surviving battery for my tornado is the one that came with the kit. It's almost 4 months old and not doing so well. I'm not sure I would trust it to work if I. Was waiting on a replacement.

Hiya Schwallman, it's not worth trying to fix as it will void the warranty. Send it back, T/W have excellent customer care.
