TECC E.Cigar and E.Pipe have stopped working

I have a set of each, spares for each as well. After 2 months of enjoying the most incredible vapes ever (used tornado and others for 2 years before buying the cigar and the pipe,) they now both simply stopped taking a charge. I've tried the PC usb charge, and various wall outlets. I've cared  for and cleaned the connections of all parts regularly. What has happened? So in need, went out and bought a pack of cigarettes while waiting for another kit to arrive in the mail.  This is terrible!

Can someone help? I seem to see that it must be the 'diaphram' or other part of the devices maybe, but definitely also simply unable to charge the batteries. Advice?
