The pipe and cigar cartomizers can be re-filled, but they are not sold as refillable. The white cap will come off quite easy using a paper-clip or similar, beneath this there is a seal which comes out easy, you can then fill them in a similar manner to the dual coils by holding the cartomizer at an angle and dripping e-liquid around the edge, avoiding the central tube, the filler material is similar to the "fluval" in the old style atomisers.
