I am convinced that when my ego is under 50% the flavour lessens or is this just dry spots? I've found it with a mega dual carto AND a V3 and now my STV

Am I imagining this?

Thanks

I do notice that when my Tornado battery only has around 10 mins vape time left,
the hit isn't quite as good. This is how I normally know I need a new battery before
it actually runs out altogether, as the tornado's dont have the colour change light.
Can't say Ive ever noticed it on 50% though.

Thanks. I'm not sure at what level it is at, but certainly when light blue nearing dark blue is not as good.

I know they are regulated to stay at the same voltage throughout the whole
of the battery life, but yes, I do notice a tail off for those last 10 minutes.

On the mechanical mods that I have, there is a definite change in hit, vapour
and flavour as the battery wears down, but thats obviously as it coming down in
voltage from 4.2 to 3.4. The ego-c is supposed to be regulated to 3.3v I believe,
but maybe it can't hold the 3.3 as it nears the end of its charge.

Maybe someone who understands battery's could help?

short answer is yes, the  power has to recede on a constant volt so heat drops - so you lose that 'sweet spot' thing..but it does depend on what you're liquid is i would guess as well     - simply by the virtue it is a  battery current.. thing is mate with the li-ion batts is does them no good to let them drop low - they'll die quicker...

best plan when it hits light blue - stick on charge.. thats it at 50%.. i think the dark blue means 10% but someone can confirm
anybody??

btw try raspberry or green apple - the green apple i mix at 20% in the DD's - mate its like eating a golden delicious!! Smiley

DD's? sorry not sure of the lingo?

oh, i always thought it would be a good idea to run all batteries down to flat so thats interesting to know! i won't in future then...... if it would make the vaping experience better by stating in the white then that's quite alright (poet and i don't even know it!) i wasn't really paying attention but pretty sure my eGo-C VV didn't change  colour it just went dead on me! had a wee emergency on the way to work it ran out and my spare i'd brought along had nearly run out as well; luckily my darling partner dropped one in to me!

yeah, quite partial to an apple so was eyeing that one up!

Oh I forgot to add, lower voltages create a cooler vape which usually has more unburnt unchanged flavor.

Good to know! Doesn't seem to change things with my experience or the flavour I am using but may do others

i see. i think the amount of vapor is also affected if your battery is nearing drained.
