I haven't yet used mine, but I can tell you how I clean the older clearos

Unlike some people, I don't even bother to take the tubes off (to prevent cracking).  I flush them really good with warm or hot water, occasionally putting my finger over the top and shaking the water around inside.  Once all the old juice is out of the wick, I leave them to dry overnight, then the next day I dry-burn them to get the gunk off the coil (this also finishes drying out any leftover moisture in the wick)

I think the same techniques will work with the ultimate ones, since the only difference is the tube.  I don't know how easy the tubes are to remove/reinstall or if it would stretch them out or damage them, but some people do this so they can rinse it better and then hand dry the wick.  With the tube removed, there's no need to let them dry since you can just pat them dry with a paper towel

I just cleaned one of mine to see if i could, all i did was use the syringe to flush isopropyl alchohol through one filling hole out of the other, then I used 3 more 5ml syringes full of hot water to run through them, then sucked out what I could ithe the same syringe and let it sit on my sink basin over night then did a patient dry burn.

Hot water by itself should be enough, though you may have to flush a couple more times.  I used iso alcohol the first time I cleaned out a clearomizer (long before TW even stocked them) and it was not a pleasant experience.  I thought I'd rinsed it out real good, even let it sit overnight and did a quick dry burn, but there was still a little alcohol in the wick . . . let's just say it made for a very unpleasant vape  Undecided

Since them, I've only used water to flush them with and that seems to work just fine
