Hi Guys
Just a quick tip when the Titan PPC kit wont charge your battery when you close the lid
if for some reason when closing the lid there is either not enough pressure to keep the battery pressed on the pin inside the case
and the charging light will not come on or the charging light seems to be connecting and disconnecting try this.

Case not charging when lid closed

Get a standard Titan cart cover and an old  Clearomiser inner O ring

Place Oring of clearomiser inside the Titan cart cover

Place on top of the battery light

Put in case

And bingo nice steady charging light Grin

Probably useless but Hope this helps it helped me  Grin

Nice idea pogsone. What I did with mine was use a small strip of foam draught excluder stuck into the lid of the PCC.
