The batteries have a charge on them already, but they recommend you fully charge them before use. I too would assume that yours were already fully charged. Try using it a while then hooking it up to see if the charger is actually working though. If not contact i'd call CS.

Oh and welcome!

Not very useful, but fun to watch when you push them down a flight of stairs.

Hey all, just got my Titan tank the other day and am very impressed so far. I ran into the same issue as you are having.
The trick is to put the battery on the charger after plugging it into a usb port. Attaching the battery beforehand doesn't
seem to trigger the charging circuit.

I've had the same problem, apparently it's common and the CS girl told me to wiggle it. Tongue

The replacement sent is the same too, quite a few friends who bought a titan tank also say there's were the same but wiggling it around got it to work. Obviously must be faulty if having to wiggle them around though. Angry

Thanks so much for the info! I came here looking for answers because we just bought kits and I was having issues charging the batteries. We've only had them a couple of days and I was about ready to call TW but thought I might check online first. So glad I did!

As soon as we plugged them in first and then screwed the batteries on the lights went red and the blue cig lights at the end lit up, which they hadn't done before.

Thanks again!
