The following are a few tricks I have developed from using the 510 tank ecigs such as the Titan 510 tank that other users might find useful:

When it comes to cleaning tanks, I usually take a 5 cc syringe and after popping the plunger out drop the tank in.  This can be done with the tank either assembled or disassembled, your choice.  I then pop the plunger back in and while holding in an overflowing glass under a running tap I cycle the plunger vigorously several times.  After that it is just a matter of removing the tank from the syringe, pulling off the mouthpiece cap and drying with a q-tip in the mouthpiece end and a rolled up tissue for the fluid reservoir.  Just make sure the inside baffle in the mouthpiece end is properly seated before putting the mouthpiece cap back on.  This quickly and thoroughly cleans the tank without a lot of effort on your part.

I have found this also works well when cleaning atomizers, but I don't cycle the plunger quite as hard when cleaning an atomizer.

As far as reviving a dead atomizer, I have good luck with capping the battery end with a rubber cap and filling with hydrogen peroxide.  After letting sit a couple of minutes, I then run hot water through the atomizer and blow out afterwards.  Then another flush with Everclear and a lot of blowing out through both ends and then letting sit battery side up for a couple days.  After it has dried I will put a drop of juice on the spike, add a full tank, hold my finger over the battery side hole and draw normally 5-6 times before putting on the battery and I usually will end up with the atomizer coming back to life.

When filling tanks with the 30ml plastic bottles if you take one of the red plastic straws that come with canned air you can force it into the tip. Cutting the end of the straw at a diagonal will help. This gives you a tube that you can fill a tank with through the cap hole without removing the cap itself.

When it comes to a new bottle of juice - just replace the tip on the new bottle with the tip/tube assembly that you had on the old - no need to pull the tube out and push into the tip of the new bottle, just pry off the whole tip assembly from the old bottle and reuse.
