My sleep habits -- in a word ~~ weird!   Since being laid off from my job just over 4 years ago (and not really trying to find another), I sleep in segments now!   Usually go to bed kinda early -- 9:00ish, but then up in about 3 or 4 hours.   It's almost 4:00 am here!   Then I get a "good nap" later in the day, but sometimes I take it as early as 9:00 AM!   Friends tell me all these things I can do to change that, but it doesn't bother me and I sorta like it.   I know healthwise, I should sleep a constant 8 hours; but this seems to work for me.   And, strange . . . but when I am out of town I sleep normal!

That's a cracking statement "I only sleep in segments " think you would be suited to a sleeping pod. Giving you more room to keep vaping kit since the beds no longer a requirement lol

Well its 8am here and I'm about to munch some golden Graham's for breakfast then maybe a Bacon roll. Mmm bacon

Am lying here in bed trying to sleep after working most of the night on a presentation for work this afternoon, but failing miserably. Must try and get some though before I need to go back to work.
