My booster, which I now refer to as gonzo, is seriously bent on both the battery the atomizer side (going the same direction).  It still works, but with a mega dual coil tornado atty, gonzo, and the tornado battery the thing looks even more ridiculous.

Anyone else have this problem?  Hopefully they are back in stock in the US tomorrow.

Might have the same/similar problem.

Noticed the battery was flexing when I pressed the bottom. When I had a closer look noticed the bottom of the booster was able to spin and move in and out.

About to contact Artisan.

I have bent my booster on more than one occasion...it still performs great and not too many people see it, so I just figure it adds character  Wink  I guess we could post bent booster pics  Huh

Nope in the UK here , mine is loose at both ends , top spins and sometimes pulls off when i take of the tip to refill  Huh , it still works but is hardly " bomb proof " as per the description so sent a mail off to see what to do about it , for the price of it , it seems a bit shoddy tbh seeing as its literally falling apart in a few weeks  Shocked .

UPDATE - Just had a reply back from John and hes suggested to use an epoxy glue to fix it , i'll give it a go and see if it works out ok  Undecided .

Mine really isn't loose, just bent like crazy and getting worse.  It barely works at this point.  Ordered a back up a few days ago, which will be my #1 booster now.  May try to send this bend boosty back!

Let me know how it goes with you.

Just got mine today, and it looks ridiculous on the battery end. It has about a 3-5 degree bend to it.

I had two dud ones that worked for a few days then stopped working with most carto's and atty's. The 3rd one works fine but the outer shell came loose. I also spoke to John who mentioned the epoxy. I bought some and used it and it seems to be holding fine. One word of advice, put the epoxy on both sides - the base of the inner metal bit and the inside of the outer shell. The first time I tried it I only put it on the inner bit and it came loose after a few days.

For the price of these things I would expect them to send me a new one that was right to begin with not tell me to use epoxy. Thats some BS customer service. I had one that broke and they treated me right. Sent it overnight and didnt want me to send the broken one back. Also from what I gathered this thing has been out for a while before TW got its hand on it so you think that these problems would have been adressed and fixed by now.

The booster i got was threaded wrong so it screwed on bent.. I thought this was an isolated problem but from all these posts it looks like a major manufacturing issue.
