well like I have posted in the past my first two boosters broke. The second one I droped and caused it to boost to 6volts and nothing else. I wasn't going to see about getting replaced because it was my fault it droped. But one of the members convinced me it was worth a shot. I emailed artisan and they said no problem and are sending me out a new one. The one thing I love about them are that they are very trust worthy and are sending me a new one no questions asked or having to send back the broken unit. That is hard to find with a company today.

well the first one the center post with the threads came out while I was trying to unscrew  the bat. and no I didn't over tighten it.
the second one I dropped it and now it boost to over 6v and nothing else. I checked this on three multimeter's and had the electricians at work test it as well.
The one that I'm going to be getting I don't think I will take out of the house. I will encase it in carbonite and hang it on my wall.

no. 2 arrived this morning
from over sea's it was reported 3 weeks ago and they didnt ask for my old one back  Cheesy with some appoxy resin to stop the base twisting it will be like new
so now i will give this one a go, the problem seems to be that the glue used to assemble them isnt strong enough so the base loosens up after a week or so

so now i have a battery with 2 boosters and an attie with a tank on

does that mean im vaping at 8.9 volts  Huh

I had a booster from the original batch, the first week they were listed in the uk.
That broke after the first 3 days (same issue with the base coming apart).
Artisan sent me a new one out, after I emailed them.
I sent a photo of it attached to the mail, and the new ones fine so far.
I have another booster I recently acquired in the yo-yo, and yes, after 3 days, it's broken!
Again another email, and yet another replacement needs sending Sad
You'd think that for the price, they would engineer something a bit more refined and road tested.

It's funny, I just came back here after a long break and posted about the quality of these things. I have no reasons to promote them, the one I bought on release is still working fine even after two drops and bending the top screw area!

I guess the overall quality is not really up there. People can have very different experiences.
