IAM DEAD SERIOUS. I went to take a battery off and the whole center post came with it. Looking inside it looks like there is only a little bit of solder that was holding the center post in. I do not over tighten batteries and I was not trying to force the battery off. it came off very easy. So its not like my battery was stuck on there and I had a pair of pliers and was going to town on it. I emailed TW so I will sit back and vape for there response. I must be the first one to send it back for having problems. I did register the booster with the company so that should speed things up.

In other news I did get the new Ben Hur 50th anv. Blu Ray. So that will keep me from thinking about this BS for 4 hours.

WOW! Bummer dude. Please let us know how this turns out. I'm curious to know if TW will take care of it, or if you'll have to go through the manufacturer to get a resolution. Anyway, I hope they can get it resolved for you soon.  |

so do I. I could see it breaking if I had over tighten the bat. but I know better. Plus I haven't droped it. I started to take off the bat as normal and then it got really loose and the battery just came off. I was like what just happened. The hardest part was trying to get the 510 con. out of the bat. what a pain. I think it would go to TW because I bought it from them and they would send it to AV. I would hope. Iam not trying to pay to ship a package to Canada. I also think TW should send me a return envelope but I will pay to ship it down if need be. Now back to BEN HUR  |
