well as many of you know my booster broke the other day. Thanks to Stacey Cropper and the staff at Artisan Vaping I should have my new one in a couple of days. They didnt even ask me to send back the broken one first. So if they dont want it back and they say they dont want it back when I get the new one I will cut it in half to see whats going on in there and post the pics on here.

from what someone else told me on here. The problem I had was not the first time it has happened. I think they said they read it on there website. That is why I believe they are sending  the product first without having to send the broken one back first. If they want it they can have it. But like you said I would love to see whats going on inside of there.

Very cool to hear it's getting fixed so quick for you!  Wink

I rem you saying it broke but can't rem exactly how it broke? Did it come undone from where it connect's to the atty? mine's been doing that so I don't put it in my pocket. Just wondering if it's a defect or it's a norm thing. Hasn't broke as I have caught it anytime it want's to slide up + I just very nicely reset it.

Anyway glad to hear there fixing it for you.

It broke where it connects to the bat. I guess I will have to buy a case to carry it in. But the cases are sold out. Just when I was going to get one to. I hope they come in by next week.

thats what happened to mine. I hope this doesnt become a mass problem. It is such a great product to have a big design flaw as that. Now when I use mine I treat it like it was a baby. And I noticed on my new one it is sort of lose when its going around the threads. The thread post might be cut to small.

it does carry a six month warranty, which is not bad at all. i love my booster, i hope i dont have any issues. if it is indeed a design flaw, im sure Artisan is working on it. no need for a Mod when you have the Booster!! Grin
