the reply :

Gary,

I am very sorry you are having problems with your booster.  I wish you would have come to us sooner so we could have assissted you directly.  However, Artisan Vaping no longer handles the customer service issues of the Tornado Booster.  You need to contact Totally Wicked and discuss your issues with them and they will  be happy to help you.

Sheila

So im screwed as TW say contact manufacturer but they are no longer dealing with boosters

I've gotten the same email back from artisan. TW said they would replace it if I wanted.

Good info to know, shouldn't do one with doing another.

Forgot to mention, it depends where you bought it from. I you bought it from artisan they will replace it. If TW then they will replace it through artisan for you. That's just how it works.
