I am on my 2nd now that has failed in 2 months,  the glue comes off allowing the top part containing the voltage regulator to swing round off its groove.
Is there any way to get a refund?

who ever you purchased it from is responsible for supplying goods of a reasonable quality, if the goods are not, then legally you are a entitled to a refund
if you have been offered a replacement and this has also broken then i would think you would be more than entitled to one
i love the booster but all i have had is hassle, the top coming away from the band is a common fault as far as i can see
the first one broke and it was replaced the second was the same and i put a dab of glue on it and its fine
my advice would be get a torpedo its fantastic and makes the booster look like a piece of crap imo

I would guess i contact them ( America ) rather than totallywicked as they were the ones that sent me the replacement.
I have sent them an email ;

Hello,
I have the replacement,  now I have the same problem with this one;
I am on my 2nd now that has failed in 2 months,  the glue comes off allowing the top part containing the voltage regulator to swing round off its groove.
I would like a refund do I contact you or totally wickedeliquid for returns ?

Thanks

If you would like a replacement we can will send you one.

Sheila "
